1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

  • The return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised beyond this window will not be entertained.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Products must be in unused, unworn, neat & tidy condition; similar to the condition it was delivered to you, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange is valid only in certain cases, e.g. Incorrect Size Ordered/Received, Improper Fit, variation in colour from the ordered one. Any other reasons for return or exchange are subject to approval.
  • Items once exchanged will be considered final, and no further exchange/return will be permissible.

3. CONDITIONS FOR NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Custom-size orders or pieces
  • Discounted or promotional purchases (non-returnable already mentioned)
  • International Orders are not returnable.

4. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Eligible returns will be processed once the item is received back at the store. We strictly follow the policy of ‘no cash refunds’.
5. WHAT IF IT’S OUR FAULT?

The key principle of our return/exchange or refund policy is that, whatever mistake we have made, we’ll make the corrections without any question. The following cases are some examples;

  • In case of receiving the wrong product, you may choose a full refund or a replacement product.
  • If a defective product is delivered to you by our team, you can claim a complete refund, credit or a replacement product. We will process as per your preference.

6. DISCOUNT/OFFERS

Any orders placed within our “Discount/Offers” window are not eligible for return or exchange; getting a defective product is an exception.

7. IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Items tried on must be handled with care.
  • Any returned item that is damaged, soiled, worn, or returned without tags may not be accepted.
  • Orders placed with the availing seasonal discounts , or during sales, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • If any products are returned in a used condition, you will get the same product back to you without rectification, exchange or refund.
